With over four decades of experience in the HVAC industry, 15 years in home building, and more than 25 years as a business owner, Chad Lamb brings a wealth of knowledge to every inspection. A lifelong Oklahoman, Chad’s strong ties to Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas provide him with a deep understanding of local residential needs and the region’s building history. Chad’s career spans multiple areas within residential construction and service, from hands-on HVAC work to home building and construction management. His extensive experience working directly with homeowners has helped him develop exceptional communication skills and a steadfast commitment to meeting client expectations. Having spent over 40 years in the residential sector, Chad is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction, including HVAC systems and the finer details of building design. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction make him a trusted inspector for projects of all sizes.

Meet Larry Boyanton
With 39 years of experience in the plumbing industry, 25 years in the septic industry, and 16 years in home inspections, Larry brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to every inspection. Born and raised in the Oklahoma City metro area, he holds an associate degree in engineering science from Oklahoma State University. Larry is a licensed Oklahoma Plumbing Contractor, Texas Master Plumber, and Colorado Master Plumber. He has worked with the public throughout his career, building a reputation for honesty, reliability, and exceptional service. He founded his own septic and plumbing company in 1994 and expanded into home inspections in 2009. His deep understanding of home systems and commitment to customer satisfaction ensure thorough, trustworthy inspections for homeowners and buyers alike.
